Mauricio Funes, 66-years old, of Las Vegas, went to heaven on January 17th, 2021. He was born on August 7th, 1954 in Santa Ana, El Salvador to Blanca Funes and Miguel Zaldivar.
He met his soulmate and partner for life, Gloria, at a young age and married. They were happily married for 45 years.
Mauricio was all about having a great life. He enjoyed having weekly date nights with his wife, seeing friends and family, eating, making others laugh, traveling to see mountains and rivers. He especially enjoyed his music. No matter what, music always had to be on.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; his children, Mike and Michelle; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Mason, Nikolai and Jaylin who all brought great joy to him.
