Lydia Esther Ledon

Lydia Esther Ledon, 85-years old of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on the morning of April 30, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Santa Clara, Las Villas, Cuba on October 20, 1931 to Jose and America Librada Campos. She graduated from Escuela Del Hagar with a degree in Education. She was married to Manuel Ledon, who preceded her in death. They were married on August 29, 1953, happily married for 60 years. She was survived by three children Maria Eugenia, Jose Manuel, and Carlos Alberto, 8 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held Thursday May 4, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Funeral Service will take place the following day May 5, 2017 at 8:30 am, at the Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 2 S Pecos RD Henderson, NV 89074. Burial to follow at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 South Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christ the Servant Lutheran Church in Lydia’s name.
