Lori was born on June 18, 1943 in Chicago, IL to Betty (nee Weiner) and Louis Melnick and has been a Southern Nevada resident since October 1988.
She is predeceased by her parents, sister Maureen, and brother Jack, and survived by her husband, Sam Siciliano; two daughters, Debbie Dunaisky (Mark) and Dana Denis (Darryl); son, Daniel Siciliano (Charlene); brother, Barry Melnick (Joan); and five grandchildren, Rachel, Rayna, Rebecca, Nicole and Alexa; and cherished extended family members Anthony (Pam). Services will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. Lori was a loving and caring woman whose grandchildren were the apples of her eyes. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
