Lewis E. Fritz

Lewis E. Fritz, 95, of Las Vegas, a retired Master Sergeant and Casino Slot Mechanic, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024. He was born April 7, 1929 in Montclair, New Jersey and was a resident of Nevada since 1978. He was married 54 years and enjoyed his RV. He enjoyed woodworking, puzzles and playing bingo. Lewis was a member of the Canyon Ridge Christian Church. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents Louis Fritz and Barbara Bakley, his wife Leah Fritz, sister Kathleen Pogwist, brother Albert Fritz and daughters Jerry Brooks and Bonnie Walker. Lewis is survived by his brother Matthew Fritz, sons Larry Cloud and James Norred, daughters Vickie Mann and Barbara Strange, 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Lewis will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Palm Northwest Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 10:00 AM and the committal service at 11:00 AM, with a reception to follow. All services are at Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
