Leo Anthony Kooy, age 80 passed away peacefully on November 8, 2016. He was born April 14, 1936 in Singapore and had been a resident of Nevada since 1989. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johan and Alida Kooy, Sr.; and his brother, Johan Kooy, Jr. Leo is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Helena Kooy; three children, Shirley Dohra (Allen), Robert Kooy, and John Kooy (Carolyn); five grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson, Nicole Sisney, Jake, Trevor, and Grant Kooy; two great grandchildren, Jack George and Carter Cash Sisney. All services will be private.
