Kay Ruth Simmons, at the age of 88, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. Kay was born in Ely, Nevada. She was born Saturday, December 8, 1934. Kay was born to Hubert Grant Welch and Vera Oxborrow. Kay Simmons is preceded in death by her husband. Kay is survived by her children and grandchildren.
