Juan was always kind with a generous smile and kind words and quick to encourage.  I worked with him for many years.  He will be missed.  Condolences to all.



I have known juan professionally and personally for nearly 40 years and he was a dear friend to me.  he always had a smile on his face, saw the good in all people he met with always a kind word to say. Juan loved  his family more than anything . 

When he offered you his friendship, you knew it was a gift to last a life time.  My life was so blessed to have him as my friend and i will cherish his gift for the rest of my life.  I miss my friend so much and wish i could just hear his voice one last time,  

I feel so lucky to have had him in my life .  He is a man i will never forget as i loved him like a brother

Juan and I were at the office on a regular afternoon working real state. We were in the back in my office when we saw two guys come in the front door with ski masks over their heads. Juan and I looked at each other and Juan said it’s too hot out to be wearing ski masks. Turns out they were there to rob us. The thugs thought that we were a bank branch. They came back to my office brandishing their guns and yelled for us to lay down. My office was a bit small so I laid down first and Juan lied down on top of me.  I kept yelling at them that we were a real estate office and had no money. I told them I could give them keys to homes but that’s about it. Fortunately, Juan had $300 in his pocket and gave that to the two thugs. I honestly believe that Juan saved both our lives by having that money in his pocket.  They took the money and ran out the front door. I see Juan as a guardian angel for me. He was also my best friend. A warm, caring, and wonderful person that I had the pleasure of knowing. I will miss him dearly.
