70, of Arizona passed away Monday October 9th, 2023. He was born on October 22nd , 1952 in Chicago Illinois; and was a resident of Arizona for the last 20 years. Joe was a retired union carpenter with the Local 605 in Salinas, California. He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Andrew Moran, mother Alexandra Moran, and brother George William Rivera-Moran . Joseph is survived by his three children, Barbara Ann Moran ,Shae Aguilar , and Andy Wiley. His grandchildren Brylee Stegner, Michael Stegner, Zayden Frost, Zionna Aguinaga, Gabriel Silva ,Xavier Silva, Andrea Wiley, and Gracie Wiley. As well as siblings Jeannie Aguirre, Barbara Moran, Patricia Thompson, and Frank Moran.
He will be deeply missed.
His memory will carry on.
