Joseph Diab, 75, of Henderson, Nevada passed away September 15, 2016 from pancreatic cancer. He was born on September 15, 1941, to Geryes and Nayfeh Diab, in Haifa, Israel and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. He arrived in the U.S. in 1971 and moved to Las Vegas in 1978. Joe retired as a Floorman after 31 years from Bally's Hotel and Casino in 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Samia Diab; brother Maroun Diab; and sister Lamia Saqr. He is survived by his sons George (Ann) and Patrick Diab (Molly Windle) and; sisters Evelyn Saqr of California, Zakieh Barakat of Lebanon; brother Elie Diab of London. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 20. Funeral arrangements will be held on September 21 at 10 a.m., both at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123.
