Johnny Aguilera, age 52, a native to the Las Vegas area, gracefully slipped away on April 23, 2015 at Mountain View Hospital after a four day battle of recovery following a severe stroke. He was born on August 2, 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Doroteo and Linda Aguilera. He found his life partner at the age of 25, when he married Kelly Aguilera, also of Las Vegas. Johnny graduated from Rancho High School in 1980. He then began his career in the signage industry at JRY Incorporated which later became Sign Systems. After gaining multiple certifications in the areas of welding, crane operating, master electrician and repel technician, Johnny progressed through multiple shops gaining many friends, promotions and gathered much knowledge of his various trades. Due to the amputation of both his legs, Johnny was forced to retire early. After an early retirement, Johnny was always found occupying his time with one of his absolute favorite past times, fishing. Johnny was an avid hunter from the time he was a young man, up until after the amputation of his legs.
He is survived by his ex-wife, and special life-long friend, Kelly; his mother, Linda, his children: Johnny, Jr., Jessica, and Kara who were with him by his side until his very last breath and his siblings, Pauline, Tony, Mike and Lisa.
