John Clifford Sanders II

He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Gohmann Sanders, and is survived by his wife, Nancy; stepdaughter, Ingrid Hoden and 2 granddaughters (Samantha & Charlotte) of Las Vegas; sister, Karen Clear (Pete) of New Albany, IN; niece Sarah Mosier of Durham, NC; sister-in-law Judy Williams (Larry) of Las Vegas and many dear cousins and nieces and nephews.

Jack was born February 13, 1944, in Louisville, Kentucky and grew up on Silver Hills in New Albany, Indiana. He graduated from Providence High School, Indiana University and the University of Central Florida earning degrees in Archeology, Finance and Computer Science. He served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer and Missile-Test Engineer.

He was a lifelong tennis player, beginning at the age of 5 years old. He also enjoyed golf, hiking and traveling.

He will be interred in the VA National Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada with the military honors due to him. Condolences can be left on the Dignity Memorial website.
