John V. Raimondo

John V. Raimondo, 77, of Henderson, passed away August 4, 2021 in the comfort of his own home. John Raimondo was born August, 30, 1943 in Chicago, to Carlo and Rosemary (Wykel) Raimondo. John lived and worked in the Chicago-land area his entire life until retiring to Henderson, in 2002 with his wife of over 53 years, Rosemary (Colsant) Raimondo. He will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, incredible father, and selfless brother and friend. He was adored by his five grandchildren. Although John prioritized his family above all else, he also had a passion for real estate, architecture, dancing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Carlo John Raimondo. Surviving relatives include his wife Rosemary (Colsant) Raimondo of Henderso; children, Gina Tracy and her husband Mark of Springfield, MO, John Raimondo and his wife Lisa of Cincinnati, and Chris Raimondo and his wife Olivia of Urbana, IL; grandchildren, Ava, Hazel, Blake Tracy, Gemma Raimondo, and Luca Raimondo; and sisters, Ramona Ginnelly, Mary Jack, Lena Raimondo, Kathleen Palermo, and Christine Siciliano. Visitation will be 4:30-8:30 p.m., Sun., Aug. 15, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Mon., Aug. 16, at St Frances of Assisi with a Committal following at Palm Eastern Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's honor are suggested to St. Francis of Assisi Church in Henderson, NV.
