Joey Robertson

Joey Robertson, age 34, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1990, to Jada McElveen Robertson and John Robertson, Sr. He received his high school education in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he later established his career. In 2013, Joey became a commercial truck driver and found great joy working at the CCSD Arville Bus Yard in Las Vegas, where he dedicated 12 years of service.

Joey had a passion for music, wrestling, playing his Playstation 5 and spending time with his friends. His vibrant spirit and love for life touched everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Leamon H. McElveen, Jr., grandmother: Bessie H. Lee and great grandparents: Paul Castille and Evelyn (Walter) Browder. Joey leaves to cherish his memory his grandmother: Gayle Lamare; three brothers: Jarron Robertson, John (Lenora) Robertson, Jr., and Jacoby Raymond; one sister: Jonquil Raymond and nephew: John Robertson, III. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins family and friends.

Joey will be deeply missed for his keen sense of character, sense of humor and the inspiration he gave to those around him.

A visitation for Joey will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 10AM to 12PM at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113, with services beginning at 12PM.
