Jo Ann Harris

J Ann was born on 30 January 1935 to Harold Pearl and Ora Vale Pearl Phillips in Maysville, Mo. Jo Ann was an avid tennis player and champion at Central High School. Later she married, had a daughter Teryle Lynn Buff and was a long-time resident of Springfield, Mo. She worked for Southwest Bell as a key punch operator and later as a secretary at Southwest Missouri State University.

In May 2017 she relocated to Las Vegas, NV and lived with her daughter Teryle (Teri) and her Husband Glenn Wilson until her passing. She was witty, fun-loving and brought a smile to everyone who met her.

Jo Ann was predeceased by her Father Harold Pearl, Her Mother Ora Vale Pearl and her Brother Jerry Pearl. She is survived by her Daughter Teryle Wilson and her Husband Glenn; three Grandchildren, Cory Wilson, Heather Myers and Sharon Wilson and nine Great Grandchildren and three Great-Great Grandchildren.

Jo Ann opted for cremation with Palm Southwest Mortuary and no formal services are scheduled. A small gathering of family and close friends will remember her in a celebration of life that will soon be scheduled and invitations sent.
