I am so sad, I have been trying to reach out to my dear friend and past neighbor for months, Jeff was such a special part of our family .

Jeffrey! - I have been trying to reach you and thought it was odd you didn’t reply. I’ve known you for so long since I arrived in the United States and you were always my cheerleader.
