He was born in Flushing, New York to Larry and Shirley Barkin on May 10th, 1967, and moved to Las Vegas at a young age.
Jason is preceded in death by father, Larry, mother, Shirley, stepmother, Barbara. Jason is survived by forever partner Rebecca Steele Barkin, daughter Kirsten Barkin and husband Lincoln Gannon, son Zachary Barkin, and stepdaughter Stephanie Sperry.
He went to school at Southern Nevada Vocational Technical Center.
Jason was an avid collector, movie enthusiast, and video gamer. He will be missed by his family.
Private services will be held. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
