The "awesomeness" known as Janette, was born February 17th 1963, to the wonderful Jerry Monger and sexy Rosell Harris. As a child my mom would love to create her own signature dance moves with her sister Pamela. She would get into the occasional fight, but only to protect her little "Bubby", Brett. It took a while, but, a wonderful thing happened when she was reunited with her older sister Connie. Those two were a hoot together. My mother would not accept no for an answer like EVER. She would not hesitate to knock an idiot out when it came to her family. some of us are never lucky enough to find there soul mate. My mom found hers, in my dad, Tim. They wed on March 25, 1993. Whenever dad was around, you could tell my mom's world was complete. Her favorite past time was crafts, buy she LOVED to bead with her cousin Susie. There are a LOT of things that you can say about my mom, but no matter what, she always had everyone's back. When my mom was 24, she gave birth to me, "mini-awesomeness". Being a single mother is one of the hardest things to do, but my mom, she wrote the book on single-parenting. My mom gave me everything, and anything I could have asked for, and then some. I don't know where I would be without her today. When I was in high school, there was this girl who used to pick on me, and scare the crap out of me. But today, she is my sister and my mother's other daughter, her mane is Crystal. even though I never had any of my own children, my mom had a beautiful granddaughter, Arianna. Arianna and "Mama G" had a special bond like no other. My mom always told me that she would be famous, and to me, she was. If my mom was here now, she wouldn't want to say goodbye...she would say "see you later". So today, please don't cry, because that's not what my mom would have wanted. I know how hard that is, trust me, Today let's celebrate my mother's life, legacy and her unconditional love..
