James Rivera, 88, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away Tuesday June 25, 2013. He was born May 19, 1925 In Tuscon, Arizona and was a resident of Las Vegas since 1945. Jim worked within the gaming industry for over 42 years until he retired. Jim loved golfing, gardening and spending time with his family. James was survived by his wife of 63 years, Grace; five sons: Eric, Lyle, Keith, Ron, and Sean; eight Grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He was deeply loved by all his family and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Sunday, June 30, 2013 from 10 – 12. Funeral Services will begin both at Palm Mortuary located at 7600 South Eastern Avenue. Entombment will follow at Palm Valley View Cemetery.
