James MacFarlane, 29, of Las Vegas, passed away April 30, 2010. Jimmy was a certified welder and a surveyor. He had a passion for bull riding, flying, fishing, camping, hiking and a love of the outdoors. He is survived by his parents, Les and Nelida MacFarlane; son, James Michael; sisters, Leslie Painter, Sonya Talkington and Rena MacFarlane; wife, Shawnna Payntier-MacFarlane; and stepson, Hughston Payntier MacFarlane. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, May 7, at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. James will be forever loved and missed by all friends and family. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Northwest-Funeral Home, Las Vegas, NV.
