I am sitting here, but I don’t know what to say.  Jim was such a big part of the Altman family.  So many nights Jim and  Bob would come over to our house.  Just sit around watch television.  Jim always wanted  Laurel to make cheese bread, that was a snack of  choice.  Remember when Jim  called to tell us about  Youg  Ju, he was so excited and happy.  All of the river trips and weeks at Newport.   My heart is so very sad,  I just don’t understand why Jim had to leave us.  My thoughts are with the family, I know there hearts are broken.  Jim will be missed every day.  He has left his beautiful daughter, he was so proud.  He told me all about her and her  modeling career   I am just so very sad.

I am so saddened to hear and learn of Jim's loss he was such a close part of my growing up. He was very much like a brother to me during my junior high and high school years had a lot of firsts with him. Jim taught me how to drive and also taught me how to drive a stick shift took me Bunny Running if anyone remembers what that is in Jurupa Hills for the first time before there were homes built there. Jim and Richie snuck me into my first nightclub so that we could go dancing, many a river and Lake Perris trip that we would go on Jim was the only one my dad would allow to take the boat out, he tried to teach me to snow ski with absolutely no luck at all and I was allowed to go to my first High School Halloween party with him and Shawn as long as Jim promised to  chaperone don't really know who the chaperone was me, Jim or Shawn..... but it was a great time and a great memory still thinking of them coming over to my house to get me in their Halloween costumes. Jim spent much time at my house growing up and I also spent much time with his family, I loved his parents dearly. It is not fair he was taken from us too soon my love and prayers go out to the family,Jim you will be greatly missed and thought of often.  Have a Mai Tai for me!!!

We worked in Nortel Socal CDMA team back to year 1999.

He was a very cheerful person, always nice to everyone. The pressure from the projects were huge during the time, he has a positive attitude always. 

He was a very smart person.  He picked up new wireless skills so fast and became a key commissioner almost immediately .

We all knew he has a nice and beautiful daughter He was so love  the girl  that every of us saw her pictures 

He was o proud of his daughter. He told us the store how well she was doing in the school.

I talked him a few times in pass two years when he called in requesting to shutdown/bring up sites. The last time we joked each other   just two months ago.

I felt so sad we lost James. he will be remembered
