I grew up with Kathleen and have known Jim since way before they were married. I watched  him play Gaelic football in Los Angeles and remember him as a great athlete.  I and my mother and father, Mae and Mike Harnett,  appreciated his love of  Ireland and his great sense of Irish humor.  Maura and I  also appreciated hearing Maureen, Trish and Lauren's tributes at the service and will be praying for your consolation at this time.

The service was beautiful. Sending love, and light, hugs and heart felt memories to all of you. I always enjoyed Seamus' company and glad he brought such joy to your lives.  So glad that I was able to be a part of the service from afar.

Our family loved and cherished our Irish family roots. Jim was an even bigger fan of his Irish heritage. He was always in a wonderful mood. Your mom was my favorite cousin and it seemed only natural that she would marry an Irishman.
