Jack Tick, age 81, a retired slot supervisor in the casino/gaming industry of Las Vegas, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Jack was born on June 6, 1943, in Brooklyn, NY to Ethel (nee Sommers) and Hyman Tick and lived in Las Vegas since 1973. He is predeceased by his parents and wife, Jean, sister, Barbara Hannel and survived by his daughter, Sharon Diamond (Kevin); son, Paul Tick (Janai); four grandchildren, Nathaniel Diamond, Talia Diamond, Jacob Tick, and Cody Wenzel-Wolsten (Virginia) and two great-grandchildren Allora Wenzel-Wolsten, Benjamin Wenzel-Wolsten and niece, Allison Raskansky. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. Burial will follow immediately at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Midbar Kodesh Temple. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
