Irma will be greatly missed for her kind smiles and warm hugs, and especially the way she made everyone feel welcomed and special regardless if it been a week, a month, or a year since seeing her last!
She was a beloved teacher to hundreds of pupils. Some of them remained in touch with her for over fifty years.
One day a little girl jumped in Irma's face to get a kiss, and accidently broke her front tooth. Afterwards when Irma was asked if she will stop kissing children and she said "never".
Irma never stopped being the most loving, kind human being, the fountain of happiness, endless energy and optimism.

"To consider that after the death of the body the spirit perishes, is like imagining that a bird in a cage will be destroyed if the cage is broken, though the bird has nothing to fear from the destruction of the cage. Our body is like the cage, and the spirit is like the bird. . . if the cage becomes broken, the bird will continue to exist. Its feelings will be even more powerful, its perception greater, and its happiness increased. . . Death is not to be feared."
