Ira was born on December 27, 1956 to Leigh (nee Guttman) and Bernard Gershin and had been a Southern Nevada resident since 1987. He is predeceased by his father and survived by his mother, Leigh Gershin; his beloved wife of 31 years, Marcia “Marcy” Gershin; two daughters, Rachel Gershin and Beth Arnold (Justin); son, Daniel Gershin; brother, Sam Gershin (Verrity), granddaughter, Eleanor, and loving nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
