Garcia, Ida Marcella, 86, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully June 14, 2017. She was born on December 12, 1930 to Juaquin and Catalina Padilla. Ida is survived by her loving family, Bennie Garcia Jr., Ruby Dague, Debbie Haines, Katie Blevins, Max Garcia, Tina, Karisa, Nicholas, Nathan, Kayla, Erika, Alisa, Max Jr., Isaiah, Brooke, Brent, Tyler, Tara, Talon, and Kaydence. Ida had the privilege of being a homemaker for her entire family. Her passion was her children and grandchildren, and she was given the honor of having that career for many many years. She loved feeding the neighborhood her famous tortillas and always kept a beautiful yard. Above all, Ida’s faith in Jesus, and serving the Lord through her church, was her calling. A fellowship will be held beginning at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, with a Celebration of life in her honor at 2 o’clock in the afternoon on July 8, 2017 at Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery, 6701 N Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV. Placement will be in the cemetery immediately following.
