Guillermo “Memo” Gamboa of Las Vegas passed away at the age of 90 on Monday, November 13, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife “Nina” of almost 60 years, 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He was a proud Culinary Union member for majority of his life. He worked at many top casinos on the Strip, including The Sands, serving the legendary Rat Pack! Memo loved binge watch animals documentaries and spent time in nature with his children. His grandkid’s love meant the world to him, and he mischievously loved to annoy them, bringing smiles to his face and theirs. He will be greatly missed. We love you papa!
