Gloria Laynes

She was born July 23, 1953 in Davao City, Philippines. She was the eldest of four children to Filiculo and Florencia Batucael. Gloria married the love of her life, Manuel Laynes in the Philippines.

Gloria devoted her life to God and her family. She loved her grandchildren so very much; they were always on her mind. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. One of her most favorite hobbies was singing.

She is survived by husband, Manuel, sons Richie and Jay, grandchildren Ryniel, Devin, Raymien, Damien, Ariana, Rynziel and Dylan.

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Sunday, September 29, and Monday, September 30, 2013 at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas. Funeral Mass will be held at noon Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas. There will be a short visitation and reading of eulogies at 11:30am Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow at Palm Valley View Cemetery, S. Eastern Ave.
