Francine C. Andres

Francine Cheryl Andres, 67, of Henderson, Nevada was called home to rest on July 15, 2014 with her family beside her. She was born on December 29, 1946 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Francisco “Frank” Tabanera and Agapita “Mary” Nolasco. Francine graduated from Farrington High School in 1964 and a year later married her best friend, soul-mate, and the one who became her lifelong partner, Peter Andres. Thereafter, they had two children, Mary and Mark. Francine was an Office Clerk for Smyth Van Lines and Bekins Moving Company for many years. In 1980 Francine and Peter decided to leave the islands to move to Vallejo, California where she then worked for Grant Supply. In 1991 they made their final move to Las Vegas, Nevada where she retired at Merck-Medco. After being bored at home for a few years, Francine decided to return to work at El Cortez Hotel and Casino where she finally retired in 2012. She had great compassion and love for her family, always giving her family the world, her sacrifices were always noted and appreciated. Francine was the anchor of the family and the thread that meshed our household together. She knew the true definition of putting family first and lived to that every moment of her life. Francine's amazing work ethic and passion inspired all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
