Francesco Marquez

Francesco Marquez, (Franco for short), was born on September 11, 1978, in Nuremburg, Germany; and passed away June 8, 2023, in Las Vegas Nevada at 44 years old. In between this time, Franco was able to experience many great moments with his family and friends. He leaves behind 4 sons: Ryan, Francesco Jr., Christian, and Dominic.

Franco spent his earliest years split between various military bases in Colorado, California, and Germany, before finally settling in Las Vegas after graduating high school. During his youth he gained an infatuation with sports which he would carry on throughout his life. Franco was always participating with his school sports teams; playing Soccer, Football, and even a year of Basketball.

Shortly after high school, Franco worked various retail and management jobs before landing a job in electrical work. In this period is when he met and married Lorena Marquez, whom he shares 3 sons with. Franco also was able to have the privilege of being a stay-at-home father during a period, co-parenting and assisting with extra-curricular activities.

Franco was an avid sports fan who rooted enthusiastically for both the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden Knights. Sports were more than just a simple interest for him also. Franco was able to combine his favorite subject with his personnel life when he coached his sons during Football and Soccer seasons. He found great joy during this time of his life, being able to mentor not only his sons, but many other children as well.

Franco will be remembered mostly though for his kind, loving, and warm personality. He was always one to joke with his friends and family, and always able to make those around him smile and laugh. He is survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, his father, ex-wife, and 4 sons. He now joins his mother in the ever after.
