Fern N. Killian, 77, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2012. She was born Dec. 19, 1934, in Lebanon, Pa., and was a 56-year resident of Las Vegas. She was a homemaker and mother. She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Stephen. Fern is survived by her husband, of 57 years, Rodney; two sons, Todd and Monty; and four grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, Samantha and Cody, all of Las Vegas. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will follow at Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to either Nathan Addison Hospice Foundation, Las Vegas or the American Lung Association of Nevada.
