

Known as, Fred, was born on August 26 to Pastor and Inez in the Philippines. After Fred, graduated from high school, he was a teacher of children at his family owned school. After that time, Fred served in the US Navy from 1965 to 1972. He fought in the Vietnam War and earned a National Defense Service Medal. After being honorably discharged from the US Navy, Fred, studied to become a Respiratory Therapist. He worked in Chicago, Illinois. During 1972 to 1982, Fred served in the US Army Reserve. In 1976, he moved to Southern California with his wife and two children. Fred worked as a Respiratory Therapist at California Hospital for the remainder of his career and retired in 2011. Shortly after retirement, Fred and his wife moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
In 1967, Fred met Cathy in Chicago, Illinois. Fred and Cathy went on to have two children, Abraham and Anne.
In 2011, Fred retired and spent his time playing the trombone, conga drums, and other instruments. He would also take his boat to Lake Mead and fish. Fred also took pride in gardening, growing fruits and vegetables in the Nevada desert. Fred was also very active in church, Iglesia Ni Cristo, as a brother and Deacon.
Fred is survived by his wife, Cathy; son, Abraham, and grandchildren, Jericho, and Derrick; daughter, Anne {son-in-law, Nick Harris} and grandchildren, Nicholas, Reagan, and Kenerson; grandson, Ryan; sister, Cris De Jesus; brother, Ben Domingo; and many nephews and nieces. Fred was preceded by his sister, Carmen; and brothers, Rosendo, and Adriano.
A visitation for Federico will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A graveside service will occur Friday, February 23, 2024 at 9:20 AM in the chapel of the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veteran's Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
