Fabio Antonio Bonilla passed away on March 15, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 20, 1939 in Bogota, Colombia to Carmelo and Carmen Bonilla and he had one sister, Gladys, whom he adored dearly. By the age of 12, he started working as a tailor trained by his father. He met his wife of 55 years, Maria Gilma Bonilla, at the age of 17. They were married on July 9, 1959. By 1967, he moved to California to take a job as a tailor, and then brought his wife over in 1968. Together they had four children Adolfo, Luis Alejandro (he died at three weeks), Alonso, and Gilbert. Fabio loved to travel, being with family, and enjoyed the company of his friends. He was the life of the party. Fabio was preceded in death by his parents, son Luis Alejandro, and his sister Gladys. Fabio is survived by his wife Gilma; sons Adolfo, Alonso, and Gilbert; and eight grandchildren. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Eastern Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
