Evelyn Diane Washington

Evelyn D. Washington, 56 years of age. passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Evelyn was born on August 8, 1956 in Mississippi to Walter R. and Myrtle L. Allen. She was the oldest of nine children; her father preceded her in dead. Evelyn was a retiree and worked in the Hotel Industry and Test Site for numerous years; she enjoyed fun and laughter with family and friends, her hobbies were watching christian television programs, shopping and had a gift in talking to people rather on the telephone or in person. Evelyn was a caring woman who knew the Lord and mind sharing a scripture or two when needed.

Evelyn is survived by her husband Curtis C. Washington whom she married in 1999. her daughter Shaqueilla Brown (Shedrick). three grandchildren Baecha Brown, Asa Brown and Ariel Brown, mother Myrtle L. Allen Pridgett. brother Steve M. Allen (Ivonne) and sisters Debra Allen, hattie A. Brown (Harvey), Karen T Smith, Mary J. Allen, Ethel L. Reese (Archie). Brenda L. Allen and Linda Y. Allen; all reside in Las Vegas. Evelyn leaves a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends who loved her.
