Ellen “Joan” Pignato AKA Joan Phillips/Joan Roberts was born March 27, 1945 in Delta, Utah and passed away August 22, 2016 at the age of 71 after a 3 year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Ken; her daughter Lisa Putnam and husband David of Las Vegas; sons Michael K and wife Karen of Minneapolis; Robert J and wife Sheri of Arizona; brother Bart Roberts and wife Johnette of Las Vegas; sister Jean Crafts of Utah; grandchildren Sarah, Kai, Sanjay and Asha and several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all. Joan enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Joan and her family lived in Las Vegas, CA, UT, England and Italy and visited many European cities and countries. In lieu of flowers her family asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in her name. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that have helped her and us in her battle.
