Eleanor (Gasbarre) Favata, 91, passed away peacefully June 7, 2017 at her home in Las Vegas surrounded by her family. She was born on May 11, 1926 in Niagara Falls, NY to Josephine (Paonessa) and Dominick Gasbarre. She worked in the deli at Super Duper in Niagara Falls for many years until she moved to Las Vegas. She is survived by her son Anthony (Kelly) Favata and their two sons, Christopher and Samuel; her daughter Debbie (Raymond) Limbert and their three children, Angelo Giancola, Kristina and Ryan Limbert and four great grandchildren; Miabella, Angelo, Josephine (Joie) and Madison (Maddie). She was preceded into Heaven by her daughter Gina (Red) Hendrix who passed away December 11, 2016, and their four daughters Jennifer, Roxanne, Katie and Rebecca (Becca) and two great grandchildren; Avery and Allison (Ali). She is also survived by her sister Marge Demske of Niagara Falls and preceded into eternity by her brother Salvatore (Sam) (Marlene) Gasbarre; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. Eleanor loved to dance and listen to jazz music, but was the happiest when spending time with her family playing games or watching sitcoms. She was a kind, loving, caring, helpful Mother and Grandmother and generous towards everyone who knew her.. Her smile and laughter will be missed with fond memories by all.
