Edwin William Moore

Edwin William Moore, age 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Edwin was born October 15, 1948 in Gary, IN. Son of Dr. Edwin and Dorothy Moore.

Edwin graduated from Tolleston High School in Gary, Indiana in 1966. After high school he attended two colleges, before obtaining his medical degree. He graduated from IU in Bloomington, Indiana in 1970. Then he attended and graduated from Meharry Medical School in Nashville, TN in1977. After which Billy practiced OBGYN in Indiana and California prior to health issues. Dr. Moore was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity since 1969.

He is survived by: Camille Moore (Daughter) Hampton, VA; Mary Carter (Sister) Indianapolis, IN; Leah Carter (Niece) Honolulu, HI; Dr. Carl Williams (Cousin, God-brother and best friend) Las Vegas, NV; Timothy Williams (Cousin) Las Vegas, NV; John Littman (Cousin) Gary, IN; Brenda Moore (Cousin) St Louis, MO.
