Edward was the son of Teresa Saunders and Epifanio Perez. He grew up in Bronx, New York and Las Vegas, Nevada. Edward was raised with nine siblings. He had four brothers; Pedro, Silfo, Francisco, Angel and five sisters; Esperanza, Evelin, Carmen, Ivon and Wanda. On March 1, 1990 Edward exchanged wedding vows with Lourdes Margarita Gonzalez at Little White Chapel of Las Vegas, Nevada. Empathic and loyal, Edward was committed to making his new family happy. Edward passed away on June 29, 2012 at St. Rose Dominican Hospital. Edward fought a brave battle against cancer for seven months. He is survived by his wife, Lourdes and five children, Edward, Samuel, Joseph, Jennifer and Jesica. Services were held at Palm Mortuary. Edward was laid to rest in Palm Mortuary and Cemetery in Las Vegas, Nevada.
