Don E. Walker passed away peacefully from natural causes on January 28, 2024. Born in 1944, Don was 79 years old.
Don was well known to his family and friends for his love of country and was proud of his 20 years of service in the United States Air Force as a mechanic on jet fighters. Notably, his Air Force career consisted of multiple overseas assignments to include service in Vietnam during the Vietnam War.
Don was immensely proud of his family and as most of his friends know, they were his most common topic of discussion.
He was preceded by eight years in passing by his loving wife of nearly 50 years, Leslie Walker.
Don is survived by his family of three children, four grand children and three great grand children.
A funeral service for Don will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bright Angel Church of Christ, 8570 Bright Angel Way, Las Vegas, NV 89149.
