Delores Lewis Reber

Dee moved to Vegas in 1943 and attended Las Vegas High School where she met her sweetheart, Jim. They were married on February 7th, 1953 and later sealed for all time and eternity in the St George Temple. Dee and Jim celebrated 70 years of marriage in February of this year.

Dee dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, and family matriarch. Her outward and inward beauty radiated class, elegance, and genuineness. She was truly admired all the days of her life. Never wanting to draw attention to herself or make fuss, contention or arguing were truly not a part of her life. Always thinking of others and serving was truly a hallmark of her life. To say she will be sorely missed by many is an understatement. She leaves a void in her family that is wide and deep.

Dee is preceded in death by her brother: Gene, step-brothers: Gary, John, Loren and Hugh, daughter: Kaye, and granddaughter: Jenny Love.

Dee is survived by her husband: Jim, son: John (Brenda) Reber; grandchildren: Sara, Joshua, Jamie, Brooke, Jeramy, Glen, Jesse, Logan, Nellie, and 15 great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 12-12:45pm and funeral service will begin at 1pm on Saturday July 8, 2023, all at the LDS chapel at 2100 N Mustang Las Vegas, NV 89108. Arrangements entrusted to Palm Southwest Mortuary, Las Vegas.
