Debra was born to Clorinda Culp and Rich Spratlin in Miami Florida, December 29, 1958. Debra moved to Atlanta Georgia after completing high school. After giving birth to two children in Atlanta, the family moved to Las Vegas in 1958, where she met Johnny Mack Brown. She worked at the Hilton for 10 years. Debbie was a very outspoken woman. She loved to travel and has been all around the world. Her favorite place was Europe. She had a passion for fashion and the finer things. Debbie was a very kind and loving wife, Mom, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie, Cousin and friend. Debbie leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband Johnny Mack Brown, two daughters, Fortunette Brown and Selena Brown, three sons, Burnell Morrison, Jr., Diamond Brown and Tyjuan Hudson, two sisters, Deneen Davis, Darlene Laguna, one brother, Richard Spratlin, two grandchildren, Burnell Morrison,Jr., Ki’Lanou Jones, with one on the way and a host of nieces and nephews.
