Daryl James Stenroos

Daryl is survived by his wife Lourdes (Ludy) Dalida Stenroos of Las Vegas, Nevada; his brothers- Rodney (spouse Jill) Stenroos of St. Louis, Missouri, Scott (spouse Nola) Stenroos of Superior, Wisconsin, and Duane Stenroos of Blandon, Pennsylvania; his three children- Carla (spouse Joel) Orzal of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kaila (spouse Noah) Jefferson of Kingsland, Georgia, and Julian Stenroos of Las Vegas, Nevada; his five grandchildren Gina Ann Trinidad, Giarri (spouse Sean) Soriano, Aria Jefferson, Lucca Jefferson and Nylah Jefferson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Daryl was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Gloria Stenroos, both of Hurley, Wisconsin, and his siblings- Roger Stenroos of Ashland, Wisconsin, Danny Stenroos of Beloit, Wisconsin, Ricky Stenroos of Ironwood, Michigan, Donna Stenroos Amell of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Glenn Stenroos of Peshtigo, Wisconsin. Living spouses are Linda, Geri, Lynn, Louis, and Johann, respectively.

Daryl and Ludy were married on December 19, 1998 and unconditionally loved each other for over 25 years.

Daryl had a fulfilling career with NV Energy (formerly Nevada Power Company) having served as Senior Mapping Tech from 1995 to 2020.

He brought joy and warmth to all who knew him. We will dearly miss the conversations and laughter we shared.

The family is holding a private funeral service at Palm Downtown Mortuary & Cemetery on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 11:00am.
