Cynthia Lee Wooten

On Friday, September 23, 2022 Cynthia Wooten, Dear Cousin to Angel, Isaiah, and Ciera passed away at 65 years old due to a lengthy illness. Cynthia was born January, in 1957 to Willie and Emma Wooten in Ohio. As an only child Cynthia excelled all throughout her school years, in high school she enjoyed sewing and being in the Marching band. She graduated from Thomas W. Harvey High School in 1975 and went on to join the U.S. Air Force to complete technical, finance, and human relations training. While in the Service Cynthia worked diligently to receive her B.A. in Criminal Justice. She retired from the Air Force to go on to work for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as an Investigative Specialist of which she was still employed. She is survived by and will be missed dearly by several cousins from Las Vegas to Ohio, various family members and many many dear friends she made while being in the U.S. Air Force and working for Metropolitan Police Department.

A funeral service for Cynthia will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
