Corazon Rebandaban Escobar

Corazon Rebandaban Escobar was a Mom, Lola, Ate, Nanay who was accepted into God’s kingdom on January 21, 2023 at the age of 72. She was born on December 21, 1950, in the Philippines, to Perfecto Sr and Cornelia.

She is survived by her daughter Razel(Justin); grandson Troy along with Chelseann; her brothers and sisters, Rufina(Manuel), Wilfredo(Angelina), Victoria(Arthur), Myrna, Floresca, Perfecto Jr, and Nerissa; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She joins her parents and sister, Milagros, in heaven.

She moved with her family from the Philippines in 1983 and settled in Las Vegas. She took care of all of her nieces and nephews over the years, attended many of their school events, and was their biggest cheerleader.

Corazon’s love of family trumped all in this world. She was always with her daughter and enjoyed many great times together. She adored her grandson to no end and always lit up whenever he was around. She would randomly call her sisters, nieces and nephews daily to talk, sometimes about something specific, other times just to chit chat. She is very dear to all of us and many others because of her big heart and warm smile.

A visitation for Corazon will be held Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A funeral service will occur Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. A graveside service will occur Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Palm Downtown Cemetery, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
