Colleen Aiken

Collen Jeffries, 81, was born on March 17, 1931 to Albert and Georgia Jeffries in Rollapp, Utah. She was the fourth of seven children. She grew up in Manti, Utah. Colleen had a beautiful soprano voice that won many awards. She married Russell Vero Aiken on August 26, 1950. They were later sealed in the Manti Temple. They were the parents of three children, as well as an "adopted" daughter. Her greatest delight was her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Colleen held many church callings and especially love her calling of working in the LDS Las Vegas temple. She is survived by her loving husband, Russell Vero Aiken, her four children, Yvonne (Kerry) Mickelson, Paul (Donna) Aiken, Wayne (Janet) Aiken and Yvonne (Darrin) Houston, 14 grandchildren and 5 1/2 great grand children. She is also survived by her sisters Beth Neilson, Dorothy Sorensen, Joyce Johnson and one brother, George Jeffries. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
