Loving husband, father and grandfather Clinton R. Helms, 71, of Las Vegas, passed away January 14, 2016. Clint is survived by his wife Diane, his five children Clinton Helms, Jr., Kenneth Helms (Angie), Yvonne Randall, Scot Randall (Gina). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Clint was born September 24, 1944 in Ebbw Vale, Wales. He was raised in Tucson, Arizona and joined the United States Army in 1960 and served in the Vietnam War. Upon retirement he instructed NATO students on the United States missile system. He received his bachelor’s degree from Park College in Psychology. He spent the rest of his years enjoying his family and traveling.
