From his early days, Marlowe was always a creative soul. Through his life, he embraced music, art, and writing – an instrument, marker, or pen was often found in his hands. His musical career began with learning the piano and he carried on to play the trumpet, French horn, euphonium, harmonica, and most importantly, the bass. Often, his singing accompanied his playing.
His art embraced the surreal and otherworldly, creating images of scenes that could only be found within his own imagination. These images most often depicted his humor, beliefs, and dreams of what else may be out there.
Marlowe’s writing reflected his humor and worldview better than any others of his art forms. The events he created often reflected his real, desired, and dreamt experiences. His characters developed into both his and his families most humorous and connected friends. Arnie Dangleson, his magnum opus, will be missed as dearly as him.
Marlowe’s other achievements described how multifaceted and unique he was. Marlowe was an Eagle Scout; track and cross-country state competitor; actor in high school and local theatre productions; and a member of a number of bands including Alexander’s Architects, Mr. Hi, Pure Stag, Fault, Judy, and MonkRiot.
Marlowe is survived by his mother, Kristy Andrews (Todd); father, Eric Price (Jennifer); sister Canon Hendricks (Chris); and brothers Elijah and Noah Price along with a long list of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service for Christopher will be held Saturday, January 7th, 2023, at 2:30 PM at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV
