Charles Hung Chang was born on April 4, 1924, in Nanchong, China. His parents were Guangyue and Baishi Chang. He is survived by children John, Julius and Joyce; and his grandchildren, Juliet, Ethan, Andrew, Amanda, Renzo and Marzio. Services were held at Palm Mortuary Cheyenne. Charles was laid to rest in Princeton Cemetery in Princeton, New Jersey.
