Carla came with me to my first chemo treatment and stayed the entire time talking , laughing sharing stories and just being there for me. It meant so much to me. Carla had the heart of an angel...until we meet again. RIP . So sorry for your loss Jeff. You were a beautiful kind and caring couple.

I knew Carla from jfk & liked her. My condolences to her family!

I just learned of Carla's passing; so sad.  I saw her photo frequently on the web site for retired AA F.A.s, but never connected the face to the young woman I worked with until today, when I read she had succumbed to cancer. I was one of the many who had the pleasure of working with Carla during our days with Trans Carib.  She was senior to me, so I didn't have the opportunity to work with her often, but when I did, it was always very good.  Her sense of humor was delightfully dry, she connected to one immediately, and she was a professional, taking pride in what she did and she did it well.  Rest in peace dear lady.

I'm saddened to hear of Carla's passing. I flew with her much & enjoyed her immensely. She will be missed!

I met Carla while flying the Caribbean.  We shared many laughs together especially during our work trips.  Galley conversations were the best about our days growing up in Philadelphia.  She was a lady with genuine qualities.

As a retired UAL flight attendant, even though I never met Carla, I feel a special connection. As a receptionist at Atria Sutton, I got to know her mother Doris and could feel her pain of knowing she was about to lose the most important person in the world to her. Jeff. I am certain you two shared a wonderful life together, traveling many contrails in the sky.  She is traveling a very special contrail now...all the way to heaven.
