I am heartbroken over the loss of your beautiful Carla. Please accept my deepest condolences. Carla was one of those rare souls who radiated warmth, authenticity, and kindness—and I feel honored to have known her. As fellow Las Vegas natives, she and I shared an understanding of a time and rhythm in this city that only a few truly remember. We had plans to spend more time together, and though that time never came, I will carry the joy of those conversations and her memory with me always.

The loss of your mother, Andi, last year was already so heavy—she was a treasured friend and a fiercely loyal woman who spoke of her family with so much love and pride. To now say goodbye to Carla feels unimaginable.

So sorry for your loss. Carla was one of the first people I met over 22 years ago at NAI Las Vegas. I was brand new in the business and Carla had about a year experience in RE. She was the first person to greet me and help me make sense of the business I was getting into. So kind, helpful and funny! I was lost and I'm so thankful for her making me feel comfortable and helping me get going. I will never forget her because of that. What a loss to her family & friends she was a great person. A beautiful soul has left a empty space on earth. I worked with Carla at CBRE and never heard her complain or say a bad word about anyone  or anything. And never has there been a prouder mom or more loyal parter or  friend. I am blessed that our paths crossed in this crazy world.  Rest in peace my friend.

Today, we say goodbye to one of our most cherished clients and friends. She wasn’t just a loyal customer—she was a bright light in our salon, always bringing warmth, kindness, and laughter every time she walked through the door. Talking with her was always a joy, and her presence truly made our days better. She treated us like family, and we felt the same about her. You will always be missed, and your memory will forever have a special place in our hearts.

We are so sad about Carla’s passing.. She holds a special place in our hearts.. She had a heart of gold. She was a second mom for our kids while they attended UNLV and we were still back in Nebraska with the military.  She had the best energy of anyone we knew. She will be greatly missed. Our hearts go out to Derick and Spiros. The Zinszer family.   Rob, Shelly, Dylan,Connor, Mason, and Jorge. Carla your light will shine forever with all the great memories you gave us.  We will forever be grateful for Yanni introducing all of us.
