Cameron was born & raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Tomiyasu Elementary School, Helen C Cannon Jr High, and he was a graduate of Del Sol High School. After high school, Cameron became an expert in the pool water business. He knew how to solve every problem and had every part number memorized. Cameron was an avid knowledge seeker, self-educated, historian, astronomer, mathematician, and story-teller. His hobbies included spending time with his beloved dog Schatzi, riding his dirt bike along desert trails throughout Southern Nevada, listening to the Joe Rogan podcast, and having fun on the beaches of San Diego with his family.
Cameron’s best friend Corey Knight passed away on Sept 25, 2009, during their senior year of high school. No one ever filled the space that was left by the loss of his friend. For reasons larger than we can fully understand, Corey’s family purchased the gravesite next to Corey’s in 2009. It was not until Cameron’s death that they learned the reason why. Cameron’s cremains will be buried next to Corey Knight, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Interment will be announced when the gravestone is set in place.
Cameron will be deeply missed by his parents, Kurt Kraemer (Christie Kraemer) and Colette Kraemer (Lee Harrington); sisters Kirsten Kraemer Rivera (Martin Rivera) and Courtney Kraemer; maternal grandmother Judith D Hill; bonus siblings, Jessica Stratton (Brady Stratton), Kyle Davis (Chelsea Davis), Scott Davis (Hannah Davis), Amy Haynes (Seth Haynes); and too many to list, dear aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Cameron was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Vonae Summers Kraemer Du (Ping Du); paternal grandfather Helmut Kraemer; paternal great-grandmother Kanoho "Connie" Brewerton Summers Thomas; and maternal great-grandmother Ida May Scott Deegan, all of whom he knew and loved. In Cameron's last days, he learned the names of other, more distant, family members, perhaps in preparation for his soon-to-be meet and greet.
Cameron will live on in the hearts of all who knew him and may he be forever loved.
